Belarusian consul general in Shanghai, Matsel Valeriy, and a cultural consul met with conservatory vice president Zhang Xianping on October 10, 2014 to discuss exchanges between the Belarusian State Academy of Music and the SHCM.

They introduced each other’s music conservatories, both history and current development, and reached a consensus for academic exchanges and cooperation.

Valeriy also invited the SHCM officials to visit Belarus and the academy in 2015 and sign a cooperation agreement there.
