Shanghai Conservatory of Music President Xu Shuya signed a memorandum of understanding with Berklee College of Music President Roger H. Brown on December 9, 2013 for establishing cooperation between the two schools.

BCM vice presidents, David Mash and Mark Campbell, and SHCM vice president Zhang Xianping were among people at the signing ceremony.

The two schools will introduce academic exchange programs, collaborate in concerts, and share information to lay a good foundation for high-level cooperation.
