UK professors give lectures to SHCM students
Professor Jonathan Freeman-Attwood shows Shanghai students how to play the trumpet.
Professor Jonathan Freeman-Attwood, the principal of the Royal Academy of Music in London, and Professor Jo Cole, head of Strings, visited the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in October 2013.
The pair was received by SHCM President Xu Shuya and vice presidents, Xu Mengdong and Zhang Xianping. They discussed regular exchange of visits between the two music schools.
The UK professors also gave lectures to Chinese students majoring in trumpet and cello during their stay in Shanghai.
