Shanghai, Osaka music schools explore cooperation
Teruaki Sogawa, professor and principal director of Osaka College of Music, and a Japanese colleague, visited the Shanghai Conservatory of Music on May 13, 2013.
They talked with Xu Shuya, president of the conservatory, and Chinese professors Zhou Xianglin, Gu Ping, Zhao Weiping and Li Jiwu about student exchange programs.
They also discussed holding a joint concert to mark the 35th anniversary of the sister-city relationship between Osaka and Shanghai and the centennial of Osaka College of Music.
