Seoul Institute of the Arts group visits SHCM

Visitors from the Seoul Institute of the Arts, led by President Yoo Duk-Hyung, visited the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in November 2014 and were received by Lin Zaiyong, Party secretary of the conservatory.

They briefed each other on the history, education philosophy, study programs, and international cooperation of their schools and discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the future.

The Seoul Institute of the Arts was founded by the renowned Korean playwright, performer and educator Yoo Chi-Jin in 1962. It went through reform in 1964, 1978, 1998 and 2012 to become what it is today.
