Shanghai Conservatory of Music Party Secretary and President Lin Zaiyong received a group of guests on November 7, including Robert Blocker, dean of Yale School of Music and Danielle Accettola, senior advisor for the National Youth Orchestra of China (NYO-China).
The two parties exchanged ideas on SHCM and NTO-China development over the years respectively.
Lin talked about the long history of SHCM joining hands with Yale since Chinese master musician and composer Huang Zi and briefed his guests on progress of the conservatory’s opera house construction.
Lin and Blocker also expressed wishes to further expand bilateral cooperation on education and art project in the future.
