Li is now professor in the Voice and Opera Department, postgraduate supervisor, director of the Voice Teaching Group and gives lessons of vocalization techniques and performance of Chinese and foreign musicals. She also has rich stage experiences, such as Concert for Gustav Mahler’s 150th Birthday (soprano solo) in Italy, performance of “Rückert Lieder” in cooperation with Shanghai Oriental Symphony Orchestra, 2012 Christmas Concert—Li Tang and Her Friends, musical “Love in the Sky” (leading heroine), performance in Haifa Symphony Orchestra 2014, etc.
Li is a member on Teaching Committee of China Society for Musical Studies and musical consultant of its base in Hangzhou. She was also selected as Excellent Teacher of the SHCM in 2016.
