After his graduation from the SHCM in 1985, he went to the US for further study, specializing in opera performance and art songs singing with full scholarship, and graduated from The Juilliard School in 1989 with a Master of Music degree.
He won the first prize in Baltimore Opera International Vocal Competition in 1988. Wang began his opera and concert singing career as a professional singer in 1989, giving his performance in various concert halls worldwide and music festivals and cooperating with well-known symphony orchestras.
He has been actively performing on the international stage, being highly regarded for his attractive acting and singing.
