Lin Zaiyong, president of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, received a delegation from Korea National University of Arts led by its president, Kim Bongryol, on May 23, 2016.
He and the Korean guests talked about student and faculty exchanges and cooperation between the two schools.
Kim said he hoped their cooperation projects can be extended to one year and the exchange programs can cover graduates and young artists. Lin and other SHCM officials agreed with him.
In November 2015, four musicians from Korea National University of Arts visited Shanghai and performed in a concert in collaboration with teachers and students of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.
